Pure Water Cleaning
Our pure water cleaning system is fast becoming the most popular method of window cleaning. Our team uses telescopic poles designed to reach up to 80 feet, with soft brushes that ensure no damage to your window frames. Pure clean water is delivered directly to the window to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Also known as Reach and Wash, the system is ideal for hard-to-reach areas such as windows over conservatories, three-storey buildings and conservatory roofs.
How Pure Water Cleaning Works
When our window cleaner starts up the system, tap water passes through a series of highly engineered water filters to remove all impurities. The water is then forced through a resin to soften it. Finally, our system adds a high-quality polish to ensure your windows are left with a brilliant shine.

Most of our domestic customers choose a regular four- or eight-weekly clean to keep their windows looking their best all year round. We'll agree a schedule that suits you and turn up reliably each time — no need to remember to book.
Do you clean the frames and sills too?+
Yes. Every clean includes the full window unit — the glass, frames, sills and (on a pure water clean) the door and surrounds — not just the glass. Your first clean is a more detailed restore to bring tired UPVC back to life.
What is pure water (reach-and-wash) window cleaning?+
Pure water cleaning passes ordinary tap water through filters and resin to remove every impurity, then delivers it through soft-bristled telescopic poles that reach up to 80ft. The windows dry naturally with no spotting, streaks or residue — and there are no ladders against your home.
Do I need to be home for the clean?+
No. As we work from the ground using water-fed poles, we only need access to the outside of your property. We'll let you know when we've been, and you can pay securely afterwards.
